You can join any or all sessions based on your availability.

Do I need to have any prior experience with journaling?

No prior journaling experience is needed. Daily prompts will guide you through each session--or feel free to write about whatever you like.

How do I access the sessions?

Sessions are held via webinar on zoom. You’ll receive a link to join after signing up.

Can others on the Zoom see me?

No one can see you. The sessions are held via Zoom webinar. You can see my screen and prompts, but not the other participants. Show up as you like--messy bun, coffee, and PJs are welcome and encouraged!
